With over 30 years in ministry, Dr. Josephine Kyambadde carries a strong apostolic mandate to build and awaken the Church. Her profound dedication to the hurting began in 1991 when a stranger's kindness during her own battle with terminal cancer ignited a lifelong passion for the marginalized.

Driven by her miraculous healing and a renewed lease on life, she officially launched The Balanced Life Family charity in 2008. Teaming up with her late mother, Samali Lwasa Nabwami, she ensured that vital aid reached the most vulnerable at the grassroots level in her home village of Ssanga.

As a devoted wife, mother, and philanthropist, she champions a holistic approach to empowerment. Beyond spiritual guidance, she oversees operations that provide practical vocational training, housing support, and medical outreach. Dr. Kyambadde is also the accomplished author of four impactful books, translating her life experiences into powerful spiritual insights.

A visionary pastoral leader and dedicated missionary, Dr. Mangeni has built a powerful international bridge between his local community in Rhode Island and the marginalized populations of his homeland in Uganda.

As the Founder and Lead Pastor of Liberty Apostolic Center, he leads a vibrant, multicultural ministry driven by the motto "Serving One Another in Love." He is a passionate preacher of the Gospel, teaching that unique spiritual gifts are deposited within every individual to achieve exceedingly and abundantly more than they can ask or think.

Beyond the pulpit, Dr. Mangeni is a formidable philanthropist. His financial stewardship and generous personal contributions from the U.S. have been the backbone of BLF's expansion. Working in close partnership with Dr. Josephine, his leadership has been instrumental in securing safe housing, educational sponsorships, and essential daily care for the Ssanga community.

The Late Samali Lwasa Nabwami (Jajja Baby)

The Great Pioneer & Matriarch

The Late Samali Lwasa Nabwami

Affectionately known as "Jajja Baby" or "Jajja Mukyala"

As the beloved mother of Dr. Josephine Kyambadde and the grassroots anchor in Ssanga, Jajja Baby laid the foundation of love and practical care that The Balanced Life Family is built upon. Her home was a sanctuary for the community, known widely for her open door and open heart—always feeding the needy and freely sharing her family's food with anyone who went without.

This lifestyle of radical generosity planted a powerful seed in her daughter, Dr. Josephine, ultimately sparking the vision to establish BLF. Jajja Baby leaves behind a profound legacy of gathering the youth, teaching essential life skills, and empowering vulnerable women. Recognizing the power of sports and community, she founded the BLF Sanga Netball team to keep young girls engaged, safe, and in school.

Her spirit of selfless giving and her hands-on approach to ministry continue to guide every outreach, meal, and prayer at BLF today. The "Jajja Baby Memorial Cup" stands as an annual testament to her enduring impact on the next generation.
